We are looking for a Director of Product Management to to lead a security product line.

What you will be doing:
This individual will be responsible for setting a product vision and strategy, overseeing a team of product managers, and collaborating with stakeholders across the company to deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs. Additionally' this role will require some hands-on work, implying a blend of strategic thinking and practical execution.
You will be responsible for:
Define and implement product strategy and roadmap for our security product line, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.- Lead a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Provide guidance, mentoring, and career development opportunities for the team.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and ongoing performance.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use this data to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Translate business-to-technical requirements, and vice-versa, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
- Foster a customer-centric mindset across the product team, advocating for user needs and driving customer satisfaction.
- Represent the product team in executive meetings and present product strategy, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch to post-launch performance evaluation.
What you will bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus.- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a direct management role.
- Experience in Identity security – a must
- Former development / research experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Proficient in agile product management methodologies.
- High proficiency in English
