Job Description
Your main responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management
- Ensure preparation for each meeting, creating slides/agendas, and taking notes in team and strategy meetings
- Liaise with regional sales team to ensure that follow-ups are being actioned upon; maintain database
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to expedite workflows
- Manage communication with internal and external folks on various projects and tasks
- Support sales operations/monitoring activities for the region
- Proactive management of diary and inbox
- Manage travel and itinerary

You will possess:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good with data, numbers, and reporting
