Position: Sales Administration (Manual Checking).Location: Panjit Tower, Sukhumvit 55, near BTS Thonglor.
Compensation: 16k + 2k KPI bonus.
Employment Type: Full-time and Contractor. *Freelancer and Internship is also available with different conditions*.
Play a role of property listing gatekeeper to control information accuracy and completeness, ensuring that we market properties with increasing quantity and quality information.
Verify and complete property listing information to ensure we have the best and the most attractive rental and sales properties portfolio in Thailand.
Handle property listing issues and special tasks as assigned by team lead, coordinating with other departments to solve issues.
Qualifications.
Open to hire fresh graduates with outstanding GPA and work experience in customer service and sales support.
Ideal candidates bring industry experience as a (sales) admin with a leading real estate agent in Bangkok.
At least Bachelor s degree.
Must have excellent written and spoken Thai and basic English skills.
High attention to detail, well-organized, coachable, talkative, motivative, adaptive, growth mindset, and eager to learn new things.
Goal-driven to achieve personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
