Eaton's office in Espoo is best known as a 3-phase UPS equipment competence center with a long history dating back to the 1960s. Today, Eaton Finland is an organization of more than 300 people and as a power management company we are dedicated to improving people’s lives and the environment with power management solutions and technologies. We will move our production facilities and campus to Tuupakka, Vantaa in October 2023.
Our operations in Finland are based around our 3-phase UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) technology and manufacturing. We support our global customers’ critical electricity loads and allow the electricity grid to incorporate more renewable energy, paving the way for a greener future.

What you’ll do:
- Act as a technical specialist for large UPS system and Special System customers in EMEA region.

Support internal sales organizations with technical and commercial UPS requests by
- Analyzing customer requirements
- Making quotations and supporting material
- Designing UPS solutions together with several stake holders (R&D, Product Marketing, Production, Sales, Suppliers etc.).
- Act as a technical expert and a host for customer visits, witness tests and demonstrations.
- We expect you to have the ability to execute and manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects with tight deadlines on time.
Qualifications:
- Min. B.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- A couple of years of experience in Electrical and/or electronic industry.
- Technical knowledge on power electronics and/or three phase electrical systems and solutions. Experience on UPS/frequency converter technologies and assemblies is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and basics in Finnish.
- Strong work ethic, Communication and interpersonal skills, Positive attitude, Problem-Solving Skills, Teamwork, Resilience.
