Job Title: Cycle Counter

Your role at Michael Kors:
The Cycle Counter reports to Distribution Center Lead and Supervisor. This member of the Distribution Center team must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily in a timely manner and ensure the accuracy of the inventory within the Distribution Center. This individual must have the ability to meet production standards and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform cycle counts using an RF scanner while adhering to the cycle counting process, procedures, and guidelines.
- Accurately and efficiently locate goods, both physically and in a computer database (WMS/RF Scanner).
- Work closely with Inventory Control to assure standards and accuracy of inventory transactions.
- Research discrepancies between physical and system counts to find the root cause.
- Assist in cycle counts throughout the fiscal year in a timely manner.
- Assist the distribution departments when requested or assigned.
- Maintain records of all cycle counts, inventory transactions, and correspondences.
- Communicate cycle count findings to Inventory Management.
- Ensure any and all damages are accurately reported.
- Operate material handling equipment as necessary, not to exceed 50% of job duties.
- Other duties as assigned.

We’re excited about you if you have:
- At least 1 year of experience operating the swing/turret forklift
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience
- Proven experience with WMS and RF scanners
- Ability to make accurate and efficient inventory counts.
- Computer applications experience, basic data entry, and MS Office knowledge.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills and be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure.
