MSAC Solutions provide leading grocery retailers and food manufacturing companies collaborative product lifecycle management services from system implementation to ongoing support. A key focus for MSAC is implementation and support for Oracle Retail Brand Compliance (ORBC) which is globally regarded as the leading and only, full enterprise-wide, private label management system in the market.

Our team provides technical support and guidance in using ORBC in compliance of the retailers and states policies.

In this role you will be required to make and receive phone calls and emails to direct and assist users in procedures such as entering product specifications and supplier compliance requirements into the retailers’ system.

This is an entry level role into the MSAC Client Services Team where you will learn about the private label grocery industry and all our internal systems and processes from the ground up.

You will work from the comfort of your home with consistent support from your manager and teammates located around the world (UK, France, USA, Philippines and Australia).

The role:

The role is for a Customer Service Representative to engage our client end users by providing support and guidance via phone and email. The CSR provides effective end user guidance on business processes and use of online systems relating to grocery product supply chain and product quality processes.

Please note that a significant amount of this work will be done in French. If you are unable to speak and write French to a good standard, please do not apply.

The role will include:

· Develop a high degree of proficiency in our office systems including online database applications, ticketing systems and respective business processes.

· Provide support and guidance to end user issues by making outbound phone calls, emails and use of other online tools.

· Proactively provide regular updates to end users.

· Monitor support issues in all areas and action according to client requirements including liaising with respective 3rd party support teams.

· Regular communication with team members to ensure key task completion.

· Assist support colleagues and other MSAC project teams with other tasks that align to your skills and may reasonably be requested from time to time.

About You:

Experience & Knowledge

Essential:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English

· Excellent telephone manner

· Highly competent ability to use a Personal Computer (PC), Microsoft Office and the use of the Internet

Desirable:

· Experience in similar customer service team based roles

· Experience in online support roles including outbound calls and emails

· Medium to high volume telephone experience in a professional environment

· Experience supporting online applications through the use of multiple systems

· Experience using Zendesk, Smartsheet and/or similar online CRM, Spreadsheet and collaborative tools

· Experience with retailer software systems highly regarded (Tesco, Morrisons, Waitrose, Asda, Sainsbury’s etc.)

· Food and/or Retail industry experience

· Grocery retail knowledge (i.e. supermarkets)

· Knowledge in Food Manufacturing

· Knowledge in new Product Development
