- Responsible for daily e-commerce operations for our webstore, Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok. This includes daily operation tasks such as order processing, fulfillment, and editing.
- Maintain and ensure product information such as pricing, inventory is up-to-date and accurate.
- Prepare and upload product listing and creative assets and pricing on e-commerce marketplaces & Webstore with the required time-frame.
- Handle customer inquiries/chats from all the online portals.
- Assist to packing from online platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
