Your Challenge

Customers around the European market are people you like to work with. You provide them the correct information regarding logistic topics,delivery and sales order status. You hold our processing administration up to date and you try to find customer oriented solutions.

Your Responsibility

Customer Order Fulfillment Specialists are the first to take care of sales orders and related adjustment to have an excellent execution of the orders. You are responsible for providing of correct information to our customers. You support and coordinate the related policies and processes and plan the orders. You are responsible for reporting accurate sales order status and other delivery related tasks, but you are also working with all other daily tasks related to sales order processing administration. Our Operations department is there to process the orders and get the orders out. You are right there in between, making sure customers are happy and their needs are met. You work on critical projects where precision to detail and fast reactions are vital.

Who Are You

First of all you are very communicative and organized person, who loves to plan and coordinate with other departments. Your friends describe you as an energetic and proactive personality with a good team spirit. You care about effieciency and productivity, but you are not afraid to be flexible. The fact you finished a supply chain or business oriented education makes you a perfect COF Specialist whom we would like to work with! On an daily basis, you are using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and SAP. You enjoy learning more about the various systems used within Advantech. You have at least two years of experience in an administrative or commercial role and you live in the direct vicinity of Eindhoven.

You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, besides that any other European language is a plus. You are a true team player and able to adjust and adapt according to the situation, you are also solution focused and eager to develop yourself.
