The role
In order to manage our growing team across multiple locations, we are expanding the HR team to ensure that we’re positioned to continue to provide the best employee experience to our global teams.
This is an exciting role for a proactive HR Coordinator providing local support to our office in Spain and our global offices. As part of a small team, you'll work closely with the People Partner based in London, helping on a wide range of HR areas, including all aspects of the employee lifecycle, Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion and more.
There is plenty of room to get a wide breadth of experience across the HR function.

Requirements:
Some of the key responsibilities are:
  • Support the People Partner with day-to-day HR related tasks, manage the inbox and be the first point of contact for any local HR queries
  • General housekeeping including maintaining the employee database (BOB) to ensure accurate data is available
  • Assist with payroll processing and ad-hoc HR projects
  • Manage employee´s probation periods, gathering feedback from managers and completing paperwork
  • Assist the Global Sourcing Director with the recruitment process
  • Owning the onboarding process and making sure that all the steps are completed on time, including collecting all necessary documentation, creating induction plans and coordinating logistics for new hires
  • Communicate details of starters and leavers to IT to manage IT access and ensure office equipment is set up in a timely manner
  • Benefits administration and answering basic benefits questions from employees
  • Support the People Partner with running initiatives for the wellbeing calendar
  • Help the People Partner with our ongoing Diversity and Inclusion efforts
  • Be the culture ambassador for Locaria and help organise in-house or off-site social activities
The ideal candidate will have the following core skills and abilities:
  • Discretion to handle confidential information and sensitive issues
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time keeping skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Ukrainian employment law
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator, fluent in both English and Ukrainian
  • Positive can-do attitude
