What the role is
In this role, you will support the transformation of finance processes through process improvement and automation, data visualization, and more.
What you will be working on
- Collaborate across directorates to identify finance & resourcing process improvement opportunities and develop innovative solutions while aligning with WOG finance and resourcing frameworks

- Support the design, development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), improving and automating processes for efficiency and agility.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of funding decisions, including tracking of project progress updates, and improve the data collection and updating process
- Onboard the existing processes onto a grants administration portal (including working on specifications gathering, tender evaluation, data preparation and change management), supporting the transformation from concept to reality
- Create data visualisations, dynamic dashboards and insightful reports that drive strategic decision marking and financial reporting and analysis.
- Conduct sharing sessions to influence RPA adoption across SNDGO
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
What we are looking for
- Good organisational and problem solving skills, meticulous, numerically inclined, strong analytical capabilities
- Knowledge in management accounting principles.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience in consolidating large volume of data, with good MS Excel skills
- Working knowledge of data visualisation software (e.g. Power BI and Tableau) and RPA and process automation tools (i.e. Uipath, Excel Macros, Smart IQ’s Workflow and etc)
- Familiarity with public sector finance system and budgeting will be an advantage
